Aegis Distribution Inc. Announces Incorporation for North America Audio Supply

Today, Aegis Distribution Inc., announces their launch in the United States. The new company, headquartered in Vacaville, California, was formed by a group of manufacturers and investors with the goal of bringing high-end car audio products to the Americas. Aegis Distribution Inc. will function as both a distributor and as a product development arm, assisting the companies in expanding their product mix to fit the unique requirements of the market in the Americas. 

Well known in the sound quality circuit, newly appointed CEO Scott Welch brings over thirty years of car audio industry experience, including five years in car audio distribution and manufacturing, Aegis Distribution Inc., under the strategic direction of Scott Welch, aims to distribute select lines from America, Europe, and Asia.

Products created overseas don’t always meet the distinctive needs of American sound quality consumers” said Scott Welch, Sound Quality Champion, CEO of Aegis Distribution Inc. “At ADi, all products we supply will be well documented, tested, and bring extensive value to our customers.”
