Overview
We hope you are happy with your purchase! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, but your equipment might be covered under the limited 1-year manufacturer warranty. Please contact us for more options depending on your situation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and labels attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA request.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items require special approval on an order-by-order basis and are not guaranteed to be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.
Return Process
To return an item, please complete the RMA form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:
