Delivery Options Overview

ADi offers a number of shipping methods. We partner with UPS and USPS to ship our packages within the U.S. Additionally, you can also pick up your order yourself at our Northern California location if you prefer. On this page, you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

What do we mean by small? Just about everything under the sun except for subwoofer enclosures / truck boxes.

Due to their weight and bulk, we're unable to offer free economy shipping.

Exchange or Return of Goods

We hope you are happy with your purchase! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was marked as delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, but your equipment might be covered under the limited 1-year manufacturer warranty. Please contact us for more options depending on your situation.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and labels attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA request. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Return Process:

To return an item, please complete the RMA form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Package returns received without an RMA will not be processed. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and without the items we cannot process a refund. 

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us.

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Every order shipped from ADi ships with a tracking number automatically. Please check the email you used with your order for the tracking number. If you can't find it we recommend looking in your spam folder. If you still can't find it please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in tracking down your order. 

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Depending on the size of your order we ship our orders with UPS, USPS, or DHL international shipping services. Each of these delivery services is subject to its own delivery holidays. Please use the information provided in your shipment email to determine which carrier will be delivering your package and refer to their holiday schedule. 

Where do you Ship?

Due to the contracts and agreements we have made with our brands, we are authorized to ship to the North America: United States, Canada and Mexico. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Items in stock are expected to ship out within 2-3 business days of the time that the order was placed within our system. Orders are shipped from our Northern California location. 

Orders that are shipped via our free shipping program are shipped with ground shipping and are expected to arrive 3-7 business days after being shipped. If you selected an express delivery method at checkout your order will arrive within the specified express method's window. 

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Orders with high dollar amounts are shipped with signature confirmation to ensure that packages are not left unsupervised. Please keep an eye on the tracking number that you receive at the time of shipment. In certain circumstances, you may be required to work out a delivery window with your local courier to ensure you can sign for your package.
